Lanitis Bros donates 30,000€ for the purchase of a mini bus for the Youth Centre of the municipality of Ayios Dometios
Lanitis Bros and the Municipality of Ayios Dometios have been good neighbours for the past decades. Lanitis Bros has been supporting initiatives of the Municipality in every possible way whether they were focusing on social, sports or environmental issues. The parameter was always the same, the overall improvement of the quality of life of the Community. Furthermore, the Company has been employing local residents ever since its HQ and production plant were established in the area.
In 2010, Lanitis Bros proceeded with the kind gesture of offering to the Youth Centre of Ayios Dometios a donation of 30,000 euro for the purchase of a small mini bus to fulfil their transport needs to and from, the Centre. According to Mrs Kalia Patsia, Public Affairs & Communications Manager, ‘The Company was very happy to proceed with this donation. We are very sensitive in supporting children in need, therefore, when the Mayor of Ayios Dometios, Mr Hadjiloizou, denoted the need we were more than happy to respond with this donation’.
